Tuition Billing

All weekly billing services for Global Village International Preschool are handled through the GVI Accounting office and electronic invoices are sent. 


The following list of questions and answers will help guide you in paying your child care tuition and related fees:


How will I receive my invoice?

An invoice will be emailed to the address you listed on file with the child care center.


When will I receive my invoice?

All tuition and fee related invoices will be emailed weekly on the Monday prior to weekly attendance and fees are due the Friday prior to attendance.   In case of a Monday holiday, invoices will be sent the prior Monday


How will I pay my invoice?


Payment Option 1:

  • A payment link will appear on every invoice you receive.

  • You can initiate a one-time payment or sign up for automatic payments by accessing the payment link.

  • You may pay your invoice with a credit/debit card online.

  • The following forms of payment are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and ACH or bank accounts.

  • The link for the payments will remain the same and will not change month to month.

  • Enrollment in automatic payments is highly encouraged and very much appreciated.

  • Please be sure to select the preschool your child attends as the “ELV Center” on the payment site.


Payment Option 2:

Please call the billing office at 720-496-9343 to make a payment over the phone. The same forms of payment are accepted over the phone: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and ACH or bank accounts.


When is my payment due?

The payment due date is listed on your invoice and your account may be subject to late fees of $50 or more if not paid on time.
